These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, website, and salon facilities. By booking or availing any service from us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. General Terms

  • Services are offered strictly by appointment or on a walk-in basis subject to availability.

  • Our salon caters exclusively to ladies.

  • By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • All customers are expected to respect our staff, other clients, and salon property at all times.

  • Miksar Al Aroos Ladies Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, website, or in person.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth service experience.

  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All service prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Promotional offers, gift vouchers, or loyalty points cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They must be presented at the time of service.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.

  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

6. Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please inform the salon before leaving so we can make necessary adjustments.

  • Products purchased are non-refundable once opened or used.

7. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to your service.

  • We maintain the highest hygiene standards, and all tools are sanitized after each use.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a client has a contagious condition or skin infection.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited on salon premises.

8. Personal Belongings

  • While we take care to maintain a safe environment, the salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.

9. Website & Online Services

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Miksar Al Aroos Ladies Salon and may not be copied without permission.

  • Online bookings are confirmed subject to availability.

  • By using our website or digital platforms, you agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

10. Promotions & Social Media

  • By participating in our promotional campaigns, you agree to the terms of each offer.

  • We may share photos or videos of your hair, makeup, or styling results on social media with your consent.

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Miksar Al Aroos Ladies Salon and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from salon services or website use.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, or previous treatments.
